Our Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role in supporting our clients and providing needed information to customers and internal team members. In this role, you’ll provide front office and reception support to the public via phone, email and in-person interactions. This role is typically the first point of contact in the organization for all clients and visitors, including receiving all incoming calls for the organization, performing miscellaneous administrative tasks, broker management system work and distributing mail.
